This project presents an advanced Event Management System integrated with team collaboration tools to simplify planning, coordination, and execution of events. Built using Node.js and React, the platform allows organizers to create events, assign tasks, manage timelines, and collaborate with team members in real time.

The system aims to support organizations, colleges, clubs, and event agencies by offering centralized communication and task management features. With tools like shared dashboards, role-based access, event calendars, and real-time updates, the platform reduces miscommunication and improves event execution efficiency.

The Event Management & Team Collaboration System provides a digital platform where event organizers can coordinate activities, track progress, and communicate with team members.
